Job Description

  • Working in MT and SAMT in Kathmandu.
  •  Work closely with dealers of his assigned market, MT & SAMT to develop the market.
  •  Achieving sales target and ensuring maximum brand exposure and yield.
  • Train sales representative of dealers regarding our products, sales, schemes, further plans etc.
  •  Evaluating dealers’ position in the market, secondary sales, primary orders and payments.
  •  Visiting MT and SAMT frequently.
  •  Keeping track of near expiry products and reporting to supervisor/manager.
  •  Looking after the offers and claims as per company policies.
  •  Co-ordinating with MT dispatcher and our warehouse in-charge for dispatching goods in time.
  •  Working with team members for gathering and analyzing market insights, understanding local competition and help in developing   sales plan.
  •  Provide feedback to supervisor/manager from key distributor and retailer.
  • Identify potential dealers and recommending to supervisor/manager.
  • Making recommendation regarding opportunities to maximize sales.
  •  Working in guidance with supervisor/manager and reporting accordingly.
  •  Perform other required duties as assigned.
